10% OFF, Up to 2 Members
– Up to 3 family members
– Monthly Laser treatments: 1 large area, 2 medium areas, 3 small areas, or <45 min each session

VIP MEMBERSHIP – 12 Months Commitment
▸ Membership fee is charged from credit card/debit card on 1st of each month, unless pay lump sum at initial visit
▸ Money is banked if services are not used for that month and can be used to purchase additional services at a discounted rate if offered on day of service.
▸ *Value expires if not redeemed in 12 months from membership initial date or at end of membership + 2 months grace.
▸ *Membership fees are not refundable, but able to cancel after 6 months with 30-day notice, or if moving out of island or state due to school or job requirements.
For Example:
Laser Silver Membership: for small area tattoos, scar, hyperpigmentation, acne, hair, etc. that has total surface areas of equal to or less than 4 x 4in in size. Total laser time is about 15 min, prepping about 5-10 min per patient’s preference. Total time in clinic is about 30 min.
Laser Gold Membership: for medium areas total surface areas equal to or less than 10 x 10in in size, total laser time is approximately 30 min, prepping about 5-10 min per patient’s preference. Total time in clinic is about 45 min.
Laser Diamond and Platinum Family Membership: any combination of the above areas, total laser time is about 45 min. If you are late to the clinic, time will be within your visit allowed. If clinicians are late to your appt, it will be compensated. Total time in clinic is about 60 min.
Numbing cream is optional, but highly encouraged. Patient may purchase numbing cream ahead of time, to save time while in clinic. Apply about 30-60 min before arriving to clinic. Patient will wash treated areas before laser treatment started, which can be done in clinic. Numbing (BLT) cream is available for purchase a $20/3ml (regular $25/3ml), which can last a while for small areas.
FREE 3ml of BLT per month is allowed for Platinum Member and Diamond Family Member only, if need more, it will be $20/3ml.
In general, but also depending on certain areas:

▸ LARGE AREA: UP TO 10 X 10 IN
